WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

In order to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible, all printed paper goods will ship directly from our fulfillment center located in Alabama. You should receive your package within 2 weeks after your final proof approval. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order has shipped. All packages will ship USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS. 

Please note, the above policy does not reflect holiday processing and shipping times. That information will be listed under "Holidays" in the navigation.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however if you received a damaged item or misprint (made by me) you must contact me within 5 business days from receiving your order. A photo will be necessary in order to start the return process. We will get your replacement started and sent out to you as quickly as possible.

DO YOU OFFER PROOFS?

Yes, proofs are offered for all paper goods. Each order comes with two rounds of proofs. Additional proofs are $10ea. Proofs are sent within 48 hours. 

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, I sure do! Depending on the scope of work, pricing will vary. Please reach out for more information. 

Also, for example, designs that are shown on a notepad can be put on a calling card, notecard, placemat, etc. I typically don't charge extra for that! Same goes for monograms. If it is a completely new design though, there is an extra design fee. 

*Please note, I will not design anything that is copyrighted/inspired by (Disney, Greek Letters, sports teams, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow up to 4 business days for processing/printing time once you have approved your proof. After final proof approval, customers will typically receive their order within 5-8 business days, but can take up to 2 weeks.

DO YOU OFFER PORCH PICKUP FOR LOCALS? 

At the moment, I am not offering porch pick up, but may in the future!

CAN YOU COLOR MATCH?

For the most part, yes (with the exception of watercolored artwork)! I have an entire binder of Pantone color swatches printed on various card stocks that I offer, so please let me know if you need a color that you don't see listed. I am happy to work with you on color matching. Just message me with the HEX code and we will go from there.
